Privacy & Data Handling Policy – Seller initiative

At Yoga Free Pte Ltd Trading as Seller Initiative, we are committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and security of data collected from the Amazon Selling Partner API (“Amazon Information”). This policy outlines how we collect, use, store, process, and dispose of such data.

1. Data Collection

We collect Amazon Information exclusively through authorized access to the Amazon Selling Partner API. The types of data we collect include operational reports (e.g., advertising performance, business reports, inventory, and order metrics). We do not collect or access customer Personally Identifiable Information (PII) unless explicitly permitted for merchant-fulfilled orders.

2. Data Usage

All Amazon Information is used solely for internal business purposes, including:

• Performance monitoring and reporting

• Advertising optimization

• Inventory forecasting

• Listing and catalog accuracy analysis

• Operational efficiency tracking

We do not use Amazon Information for any unrelated commercial purpose, marketing, or resale.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share Amazon Information with any third parties. All processing is done in-house on secure, access-controlled systems. No data is transmitted or disclosed to vendors, contractors, or external platforms.

4. Data Storage

Amazon Information is stored in secure, access-controlled environments. We use encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest where applicable. Access is limited strictly to authorized personnel based on role and business need.

5. Access Control

Access to Amazon Information is managed through role-based access controls. Each user is uniquely identified, and access is logged and periodically reviewed.

6. Data Retention & Disposal

Amazon Information is retained only as long as necessary for operational or legal purposes. Where applicable, sensitive data (including any PII for merchant-fulfilled orders) is deleted within 30 days of order fulfillment. All data deletion is performed securely in accordance with industry standards.

7. Incident Response

We have an incident response plan in place to monitor, detect, and respond to unauthorized access or security breaches. In the event of a security incident involving Amazon Information, we will notify Amazon at security@amazon.com within 24 hours, as required.

8. Compliance

We are fully committed to complying with Amazon’s Data Protection Policy, the Amazon Selling Partner API Terms of Use, and applicable data privacy laws.
